Focus Areas:
Mapping current practices in higher education faculty development
Pilot studies on AI-enhanced instructional coaching and curriculum mapping
Investigation of inclusive learning practices in diverse educational contexts
Key Activities:
Conduct literature reviews and meta-analyses in AI-supported professional development and inclusive teaching
Design mock AI-driven faculty workshop as a portfolio artifact
Develop surveys or interview protocols for higher education faculty (mock or literature-based where direct access is limited)
Prepare initial manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
Expected Outcomes:
At least two publications or manuscripts in progress
Conference presentations on AI integration and inclusive teaching
Refined conceptual models for adaptive faculty support
Year 2: Implementation & Analysis
Focus Areas:
Testing and evaluating instructional interventions and frameworks
