With nearly two decades of experience across K–12 systems, federal training environments, and adult‑learning curriculum development, I specialize in building modern learning ecosystems, faculty development frameworks, and job‑embedded professional development models. 

My curriculum design work spans federal training programs, adult‑learning environments, and instructional systems' development, forming a strong foundation for my emerging research and higher‑education contributions.
